Adam Port, Stryv and Malachiii have joined forces for “Positions,” a hotly anticipated single out now.

Out now via Interscope, the sultry track reunites the group behind the chart-topping “Move,” which quickly emerged as one of the defining tracks in today’s Afro-house scene after its release in June 2024. That track served as a breakthrough for Port, eclipsing a billion collective streams and garnering the Keinemusik member Platinum certifications in several countries.

Port and Stryv tackled the production of “Positions” with the same sleek approach by crafting a hypnotic bassline, which glissades through crisp percussion that snaps like heels on a dimly lit dancefloor. Meanwhile, Malachiii locks into the groove with his signature chant-like cadence, warbling with a meditative insistence.

It remains to be seen whether or not the group’s creative chemistry survives the pressure of the commercial expectations that arise from a global hit like “Move.” Regardless, some artists spend entire careers searching for their signature sound, and it’s becoming clearer than ever that Port has found his.
